The second bedroom is a twin and features decorative mirrors, bedside tables and a clothes rail. Ultra modern, the family bathroom has a large walk in shower, WC and basin. Light floods in from the skylight windows above. When staying at The Merchants Quarters, you’ll have access to a lovely roof terrace with outdoor seating. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, here you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. The Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park is perfect for all ages. We highly recommend booking a seat at the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre to experience some first-class drama, music, films and comedy or make a splash at the Alpamare water park with outdoor pools, a wave machine and exhilarating state-of-the-art water rides.

Scarborough is within a 1 hours’ drive time of Whitby, Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey. Scarborough Train Station is a short 10 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield. There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.
