The flat was very central in Sheffield, and close to many local restaurants & bars. This was a bit noisy during the night but not a great problem. The flat was clean and spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Sadly, there was no WiFi in the flat which meant we were unable to work from the flat. The host was very responsive and all instructions were clear. Thank you.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed (excluding campsite cabins). Key pick-up was confusing – instructions referred to a different shop name, and staff didn’t know about the keys. Entry to the building wasn’t as described either – you need a hidden chip, not a key. WiFi and TV didn’t work all week, and the water pressure was awful, especially in the upstairs shower. I spent days messaging the host, only to get useless advice. After 3 days, someone finally fixed the water, but internet and TV remained broken. Key return instructions were again misleading, referring to the wrong shop name. Staff didn’t know why I was returning keys. This stay was stressful and disappointing from start to finish. I’ve been to Sheffield four times, and I’d genuinely rather sleep at the train station than stay here again.
