Belle Vue

Beautiful property and beautiful location to spend a couple of days. Comfy beds and lovely decor. Close to the beach, town centre, shops and restaurants and also a great base to explore further a field. Will definately return.

Great house in a great location, would reccomend

Comfortable, clean, good location and very good features such as a Roberts radio<br/><br/>A minor criticism: the kitchen knives were flimsy and not very sharp.

Gorgeous stay at Belle Vue for a family weekend away - a great space for family and friends with all amenities for cooking, playing games, and relaxing. All our party found the beds and rooms to be comfortable. A great stay within walking distance to the beach, some lovely restaurants/bars and the station/supermarket.

Bellevue was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Great location for walks, beach and amenities. Saltburn is a lovely little town. Great walks, train station and some fabulous little bars and restaurants. We had one issue with the drains backing up into the backyard but after ringing Host and Stay this was dealt with swiftly. The bins haven’t been emptied in a long time and the key to the back gate was broken in the lock so this could be why as no other means to get the bins out. However this did not spoil our weekend. The house has everything you need, comfy beds and was in a great central location. Would definitely come back

House very spacius and clean. Near to amenities and sea.<br/><br/>Problems opening the outside door very hard if ypu suffer from Arthrotis.

Really nice big rooms which were nicely designed. We had plenty of space and loved being close to the town centre, the beach and the forest.

Check-in var nemt og der var gode parkeringsforhold på gaden. <br/>Vi var lidt overraskede over at der ikke var helt basale ting i huset, som toiletpapir, ekstra viskestykker og karklude, opvaskemiddel, opvaskebørste osv. Ting som vi regnede med var i huset ved ankomst.<br/>Inden ankomst blev vi bedt om at betale for en ekstra forsikring, som ikke er mulig at fravælge. Man kan vælge at betale 25GBP eller betale et depositum på 250GBP og få 240GBP tilbage efter endt forhold. Det var vi ikke klar over inden vi bookede. Vi valgte at betale det 250GBP depositum og fik 240 GBP tilbage, men først efter 10-14 dage. Det er altså ikke penge de reserverer på dit kort, men penge de trækker på kortet og så tilbagefører. <br/>Huset er fint, hyggeligt og med gode faciliteter. <br/>En dag efter ankomst, fandt vi ud af at der lå vand på terrassen / i baggården efter endt bad. På sidste dag fandt vi ud af at det var kloakvand fra toilettet hvilket resulterede i at der lå afføring på terrassen foran køkkenet.

The property was bright and spacious. Perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with crockery and utensils. Sofas and beds were comfortable. The location of the property is perfect for local amenities, bars and restaurants and only a short walk down to the sea front too.<br/><br/>Only a couple of things to mention, outside the back door there is a build up of green algae on the flags and when wet it was extremely slippy. The shower appears to leak from the side glass panel which may need some attention. <br/>Once I’d closed the blinds in the bedroom I was unable to open them as I couldn’t reach the toggle.

Well presented and well equipped house

Great location with easy access to everything Saltburn has to offer. The house itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything you could need. Some lovely touches like a few dishwasher tablets, coffee pods and some books, games and jigsaws etc.<br/><br/>It took a little time for the house to heat up, but once it did it was great. Parking in February was ‘competitive’ so summer may be a challenge, however I think that is Saltburn and not unique to this house!

Belle Vue in Saltburn was a perfect place for a short break with family. Very comfy beds, well equipped, good quality furnishings and spacious. Location was ideal for walking around the area.

Just home from a 4 night stay at Belle vue house saltburn by- the sea and can honestly say it was amazing!<br/>What a phenomenal place to stay the pictures do not do the place justice it is amazingly spacious and immaculate condition with everything you could possibly need to feel at home.<br/>Belle Vue is very close to local amenities and surrounding bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach and local walking places.<br/>Highly recommend Tomahawk steakhouse 5 minute walk away down the bank for a tasty steak and great cocktails. Also highly recommend Coco&Rum for a great Thai and again great cocktails.<br/>5 star stay from a local guy who came back to town to visit family for Christmas.
