We have been using Airbnb for our UK visits for a few years now, this is one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. In a way, it's a pity that we spent most of our time sightseeing that we only got to enjoy the home when we came back to sleep. When I visit a home, I always imagine what I would change about the layout. Here I probably would not change anything. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and the city is easily accessible by car.

This is a large house, great as we all wanted our own room. Well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Lovely comfortable beds. Very clean. We sat in the garden and that was very private and pleasant. It was very sociable to have a lounge and a dining room, where we could eat together. 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo, all very modern. We were fascinated by the loo washer downstairs and will be looking at getting one ourselves! The only thing was we could not understand the tv, and there were no instructions to be found. There seemed to be a box under the tv but we could not get that to turn on. We did manage to get YouTube on the last night, but that was all. We would have liked some instructions- short, clear, and very easy to understand- we are no longer young. We also only found the cooker and hob booklet on the last morning when about to leave. Once again,a crib sheet for appliances in the kitchen and the central heating would have been good.

Lovely comfortable house with spacious rooms. Beds and furniture comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Good quality appliances. Efficinet heating and the house was warm with constant hot water. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great fully enclosed garden ideal for doggy visitors-ours loved it. Convenient location in a pleasant leafy area, easy to get into the city or out to the coast or Broads. Host responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Our daughter loved the garden and the location was great, close enough to the city but not directly in the hussle and bussle. The bathrooms were very generous in size and the additional toilet downstairs was great. The laundry facilities were new and worked well. The house itself is older, and there's a few stains on the entry way carpet, however the house is still in great condition overall. The host also goes above and beyond with the details like extremely comfortable beds and linen, great facilities in the kitchen. Would recommend to others needing bigger accommodation with parking.

What a wonderful property, this is by far my favourite Airbnb to date! The house was very spacious and clean with everything we needed in it, a real home from home. Everything was spotlessly clean and of a very high standard and quality! The garden was beautiful, very well kept and huge, much to the delight of our two dogs. It’s very centrally located within walking distance to the city centre and yet also very peaceful, located in a beautiful leafy Avenue! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the only regret was that it wasn’t long enough and we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be rebooking and are already planning our next visit! ?

It was in a quiet residential area, tree lined road but in walking distance of the city. Nothing!

We enjoyed our stay at St Clements House. The house was spacious, clean and very well equipped. It really did feel like a home away from home. The garden is enormous and was enjoyed by our children and the dogs. Very good location, easy to get into the city but also easy to get out into the norfolk countryside.

Very clean, well equipped, electric charging point, big safe garden for dogs, big beds, being able to walk into city. Minor gripe - bath towels a bit on small side

Probably my best experience with Airbnb to date. The house was lovely and very well set up, and the area was quiet and within walking distance of the city centre and parks. Georgia and Holly were incredibly helpful, including allowing us to arrange the dropoff of a wheelchair in advance and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out ???? I would be very happy to stay again. Thank you for all your hospitality.

Location very good easy access to where we needed to go. Facilities good the kitchen was rather small but adequate for our needs however if you had six people there would have been a problem laying out 6 adult plates for a meal to serve up in the kitchen. The food waste bin was hidden and there was no food waste bin or bags provided in the kitchen. When we came to put out our recycling the bin had been filled up so that we were unable to put ours in.

We were in Norwich for a family wedding, a big birthday and a family reunion. A perfect location on the outskirts of the city for those who wanted to walk in to shop or eat. Easy check in, good communication from Georgia and Holly. Clean and well equipped. Would recommend.

The property was very homey, it was a home away from home for us all. Nothing, it wasn’t a great weekend weather wise, so we couldn’t fully take advantage of the garden but it was beautiful
19/12/2022
The location was just right for us - an easy drive or a short taxi ride into town. There was plenty of room for us so we were able to spread ourselves out a bit. Its a shame the weather was so cold so we couldn't appreciate the garden. The toilet in the en-suite was blocked when we arrived and it was cleared the next day which was great - but it gradually blocked again during the 4 nights we were there. Also the motion sensor outside light only stayed on for a few seconds so I had to have someone waving at it whilst I used the key safe in the dark. The heating seemed to be permanently on regardless of what we did to the controls so we used the controls on the radiators and towel rails where we could.

Exactly as described. Clean and convenient to the city. Well equipped and spacious. nothing!
