The Space
The spacious lounge offers a cosy corner sofa, a two-seater sofa, and a Smart TV for entertainment. There's also a sunroom, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, and an upstairs playroom equipped with a fold-up bed, TV, board games, and Wi-Fi.
The well-appointed kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a cafetiere. The separate dining room features a large table with plenty of seating for family meals.
Choose from five bedrooms: a king-size and two doubles on the ground floor, while the upper floor features a twin room with an ensuite and lovely River Bure views, as well as a playroom with a fold-out bed.
There are two ground-floor bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bath and handheld shower. The twin upstairs has an ensuite with a bath, shower, toilet, and sink.
Outside, enjoy two gardens, with the front offering stunning River Bure views and space for outdoor activities. The property includes parking for two cars, a BBQ, and a secure space for dogs to roam amidst beautifully landscaped grounds filled with flowers, shrubs, and trees.

The keys to Millwood are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Parking is available very near to the front door if you need it via a gravelled ramp, so for safety reasons drive slowly if you use this route.
Please be careful when using the exterior steps and patio area at the property. When the slabs are wet, they can become slippery as they're made from natural stone.
Please note that whilst the property is set far back into it's own grounds, the quay opposite is a popular place for people to launch boats, canoes and paddleboards in the summer months.
