We really liked staying here! There’s lots to do, the games room is a real added bonus and the pool is fun (however I should note the deep end is only 3ft3 deep and it only gets shallower at the other end :/ ). Suited our needs as a group of 7 adults, however I think it is more geared towards families with kids- so if that’s you I would definitely recommend! Would only suggest to the hosts that it could be a bit cleaner next time. Thanks again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, the place was absolutely beautiful and it gave us a lovely little getaway! The pool was a great advantage and it definitely added to our stay. We enjoyed this so much and would definitely do it again. Thanks Host & Stay!!

We stayed at this lovely place, which had a massive enclosed garden - perfect for the kids to explore safely. However, our stay got off to a rocky start due to some logistical issues. The postcode provided didn't take us to the right location. We called Airbnb number that was provided and they directed us 1 hour away from the property . Eventually, we managed to get the correct directions and arrived at the property. Upon arrival, we noticed that none of the rooms had bed sheets or pillowcases, and there wasn't a clear way to report issues apart from calling, which we hesitated to do late at night. The 2nd-floor bedroom and bathroom were dusty with spider webs. On the plus side, the kitchen was well-equipped despite being small. Checking out was a bit of a struggle due to issues with the safety box - it took us 10 minutes to get the keys to fit properly.

Great time staying at The Granary Barn - clean, tidy, kids loved the swimming pool. House adequately equipped and well stocked. Would definitely come back! ? Only issue to be aware of is the location listed on the property link - The google maps link to Toftrees is correct, but Houghton St Giles and the NR22 6AG postcode is 6 miles away which did cause some confusion.

We have family near so know the area well. Good place to stay, lovely house had all we needed. Great to have the pool and games room, easy to use and nice to be able to book private pool time. Really nice to have little outside table out the back too with view of the horses. Would recommend to anyone. FYI the post code is nr21 not nr31! Sat nav took us straight to it. Thank you
