The Fairways is a newly converted, ground floor apartment located within a quiet rural setting in West Pelton. Situated just a short distance from a variety of nearby attractions, the holiday home has everything you could want for a stay in County Durham and you'll also be able to enjoy views over Roseberry Grange Golf Course. The quality of the refurbishment is especially evident in the open plan living room and dining area. In here you’ll find a comfy sofa and armchair which provide that home from-home feeling you just can’t get in a hotel. Kick off your shoes and relax. From the large window, you have a wonderful view of the golf course (the perfect inspiration for our property name). Turn on the wall-mounted Smart TV and you’ll have a wide selection of channels to choose from. Fancy something to eat, or maybe a brew? The modern kitchen neighbours the living space, so there isn’t far to go when you need to grab a snack or prepare a meal. Appliances aplenty are found in here, including a dishwasher as nobody needs to be washing-up during their holiday!
