Cannot fault the location, property size and surroundings as well as the Host being communicative and responsive if there were needs. The bedroom was excellent with clean sheets and space, hot water was very hot too! Issues faced were: Basic amenities not restocked such as salt, pepper and oil. Coffee was freeze dried instant and milk in sachets. I'm not fussy but for the price, possibly a little jar of coffee or small bottle of milk does go a long way. Lack of cleaning supplies such as sponges, broom, dustpan and brush. Some of the Windowsills, plates, glasses, cutlery were dusty and dirty. Things such as a baby-chair (not used) but it was in the kitchen and stained down the front. Clock in the downstairs living space on the wall was non-functioning. Lack of flexibility on late(r) check-out although earlier check-in was offerred. Overall, it requires a bit of modernisation inside, with a few more personal touches to make Guests feel more at home and the stay worthwhile.

Excellent stay for the weekend. Very clean and tidy. Not a far drive from the beach and plenty to do nearby. Didn’t expect the place to be so big was lovely and there is a little garden where you can sit out and enjoy the weather. There is a small grass area just behind to walk the dog if you have a dog. Very well equipped and cosy. Only thing was check in wasn’t until 4pm but other than that I highly recommend

Location was great, enclosed garden looking out to the girls is picturesque, apart from the busy road! Spacious & had all the amenities you need. Well presented & decorated. Perfect for a small family. Overall it needed a good clean. The floors where very dirty & upon arrival the neighbour had said the cleaner didn’t have time to clean it fully which showed! (This wouldn’t put me off staying again as it’s an easy fix). The main road was very loud at night however I would stay again as the property itself was beautiful.
