Quite location & within walking distance to Alnwick town centre. The sofa/chairs in the living room weren’t very comfortable but we were only there for 3 nights. On the first night just before we retired to bed we realised there was no hot water but put this down to it being quite late & maybe the water had gone cold as the home guide stated the water was on a timer, however, this was not the case as the water was still cold the next morning. The issue was reported & the engineer who called the following day to try to resolve over the phone. He did offer to come out that evening if the water was still not heating up but it was our last night & we wanted to chill. Luckily the showers were electric so water needed to shave, wash up etc had to be kettle boiled..

Very clean, spacious and very handy for a walk into the centre of Alnwick Lounge furniture is not very comfortable - rather basic and dated
