The Space
North View is a spacious, light and airy property, with high spec amenities throughout. Located in the coastal town of South Shields, close to the cities of Newcastle upon Tyne and Sunderland, it's perfect for enjoying all that the North East has to offer. You will have full access to the property during your stay, which includes a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This stunning property is ultra sleek and stylish, the kitchen area features white high gloss cabinets and light oak worktops. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, it includes an integrated oven, an electric hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cookware. If you don't fancy cooking during your stay, there are plenty of great restaurants and takeaways in the immediate Westoe Village area, as well as South Shields.

The living and dining area has a spacious dining table, two sofas, and an armchair, wall mounted TV and stunning contemporary fire place.

In addition, on this floor there is a convenient bathroom, alongside the master bedroom, which has a comfy king-size bed with a neutral colour scheme. This bedroom is the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring South Shields and the surrounding areas. You will have plenty of space to unpack your belongings as there is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables.

Upstairs you will find the second bathroom and a further three bedrooms. Designed in a minimalist style in white and complemented by colourful furnishings, these rooms have a modern look. Two of the bedrooms also benefit from comfortable king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has a small double.

On-street parking is available at the front of the property, along with a large free public parking area at the rear of the property.

Please note that children must be under parental supervision at all times due to the property being an upstairs style flat with two flights of stairs internally.
