The Space
Wylaway is a charming single-level home that comfortably accommodates up to 5/6 guests across its three bedrooms, along with one bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area.
The spacious semi-open-plan layout of the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas is just right for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. The lounge offers comfy seating, a TV, a DVD player, board games, and books to keep everyone entertained. Two double glass doors open up to the front, providing lovely views of the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
The kitchen is well-stocked with all the utensils and equipment you’ll need, plus there’s an extendable dining table that can seat up to six guests with the addition of two extra folding chairs.
The three bedrooms include one double room, one single room, and a third room with a small double bed and a single bed—perfect for families or friends. The family bathroom features a stand-up shower, wash basin, and W/C.
One of the best things about Wylaway is its fantastic location, with easy access to the beach just a short walk over the sand dune. Enjoy the pleasant front garden and the stunning beach setting—it's truly a beautiful spot to unwind!

The property is about 30 minutes from Norwich and just under 20 minutes from Great Yarmouth. Parking is available at the property, making it easy to explore the local area and surrounding attractions.
The nearest train station is in North Walsham, about a 20-minute drive from Eccles-on-Sea. From North Walsham, regular train services connect to Norwich, where you can access major rail routes to London and other cities.
