The bedding and towels were clean Wi-Fi was good The gardens where unkempt with long grass,weeds and the rear garden decking was lifting up The house smelled of foist Windows needed cleaned Electric box cover missing Broken tiles on the floor on entry Stains on the sofas Rubber seal came off the cooker when the door was opened The stair carpets were filthy Bathroom window broken Extension lead and socket not working in the main rear double room Only one bedside table and one lamp Dressing table missing from the rear double bedroom Cracked a flaking paint in the kitchen walls & ceiling Chair on the dining table wobbling Chair in the front single room ripped on the back. Bits of kitchen unit missing Went to put our sons bike in the shed to find it full of rat or mouse droppings The place needs some general maintenance and repairs

All good Nothing

It was clean The location is in a council housing estate. The company sent me an E-Mail to ask that I leave the key where I found it and put rubbish bags into containers outside of the property door. These were unfortunately already completely full and smelling when we got to the property! The heating system works well but took sometime to figure out how it worked. Some clear instructions would help for people who do not have this or experience of this type of heating system.

Fairly satisfactory experience. Staff were friendly and responsive. Clear and easy instructions. Very functional property.

Nice spacious place, however did smell quite bad had to spray the place very often. Chairs for dining table were not secure we had to tighten the screws ourselves.

Spacious clean house with parking Nothing

Fine for what we needed. Clean and cosy. Well stocked kitchen. Big park next door which was great for the kids. A few areas of the house that are a little run down. Heating wasn't working but guest homes came and fixed it.

Clean, comfortable house as mentioned. Street parking was convenient and looks like they're available anytime. Water leaking issue (water literally dropping a lot in the first floor kitchen area when someone is taking a shower in the second floor) Door handle and key is needed to be changed. Only 1 toilet between 3 bedrooms.

The place was as described in the listing, clean and equipped with the necessary basic amenities. Great location with Asda just 10 mins away.

Nothing It was absolute nightmare house of horrors

Property was loverly and well kept. However, neighbours are questionable. Stole our missed deliveries.

Open plan lounge, diner with good kitchen facilities. Parking wasn't so good. Unsightly neighbours.

Beautiful and clean home. Garden was a bit run down could do with tidy up to match the inside of the house.

It’s a very lovely area to have a holiday home, I love the idea of the peaceful neighbourhood and making it almost feel like your own house! Absolutely loved the decor and how clean and tidy the place was it’s absolutely stunning ! Nothing I didn’t like, however I would maybe suggest Having basic groceries, as we didn’t know what to expect when arriving had to go and get basics :) like breads, biscuits little things :)

The house was great inside. It was clean and comfortable. The cost was affordable. The problem I had was that the area wasn’t great. The next door neighbor had trash all over the place including bikes. Someone came home each night about 11:30. Just didn’t feel safe.

The inside accommodation was clean, which is important. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front and back gardens. They were unkept, and in need of some urgent attention. This meant we were trapped inside the accommodation during an especially hot spell. The property is not really suited for a party of guests ( we were a party of five adults), who wanted to relax on a break. For example, there were no wardrobes to properly hang dresses, clothes etc. The bathroom could do with some remodelling. Door could not be closed with mat on the ground, and the towel on the windowsill hides its poor state. This property is more suited as student accommodation. Overall , after reading the promotion on Airbnb, the actual experience was a somewhat disappointing.

House is immaculate, well equipped, lovely decor and great location.

Beautiful property with everything you would need on a get away. Very peaceful and quiet location. Close to a really big Asda.
