The house sleeps up to 11 guests, with four generous bedrooms plus a snug with a sofa bed. A highlight is the super-king ensuite on the ground floor, thoughtfully designed with disabled access, making it ideal for multi-generational family holidays. Upstairs, further bedrooms offer a mix of super-king, double, and single options, each finished with calming décor, quality linen, and a homely atmosphere. With four bathrooms and two additional WCs, everyone has space and privacy.

Getting Around
Rook Hall Farm is easy to reach, whether you’re travelling by car, train, or air. The property is just a few minutes from the M6, making it simple to access from all directions. Journey times are around 55 minutes from Manchester, an hour from Birmingham, just over an hour from Liverpool, and three hours from London. On arrival, you’ll find ample private parking for multiple cars at the property.
The nearest station is Stoke-on-Trent (15–20 minutes away by car), a mainline stop on the West Coast Main Line. From here there are direct services to Stafford, Manchester, Birmingham, Crewe, Macclesfield, Stockport and Newark-on-Trent. Taxis are available at all stations and Uber operates in the area.
Several airports are within easy reach, making Rook Hall Farm a convenient choice for UK and international visitors alike including Manchester (45 minutes), Birmingham and East Midlands (both 1 hour), and Liverpool John Lennon (1 hour, 15 minutes).

Private on-site parking is available for up to eight vehicles.
