The Space
Welcome to the ground floor, where a cosy porch awaits to store your buckets, spades, and sandy shoes. As you step inside, you’ll immediately feel the warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The ground floor boasts a spacious lounge that spans the width of the building, perfect for relaxing. It offers plenty of seating, a smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth, a PlayStation, and panoramic views of the horizon that you’ll love. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, complete with modern features like a Rangemaster-style gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and wine fridge. The dining area seats ten and showcases stunning sea views—ideal for family dinners! A highchair is available upon request. On the first floor, you’ll find a lovely king-size bedroom with elevated sea views. The second floor offers another king-size room and a fun bunk bedroom, both with stunning views of the sea. Plus, there’s a third king bedroom and a twin room that can be set up as a Super King upon request! The family bathroom on the second floor is a treat, featuring a luxurious roll-top bath, rainfall shower, handheld shower, WC, and bidet. Downstairs, you’ll find a shower room with a rainfall shower and a separate toilet, along with an additional WC for convenience. Step out from the lower ground floor to discover a lovely sunroom and patio garden, perfect for unwinding. You can easily access the private parking area at the back through the gate at the top of the upper garden. Enjoy your stay!

Neighborhood
Wellington House is located in a prime seaside location in the Pakefield area of Lowestoft, Suffolk. Lowestoft is the most easterly town in the UK and boasts beautiful beaches, historical sites, and a charming, laid-back coastal atmosphere. Visitors staying at or near this address will find plenty of attractions and amenities within walking distance or a short drive.

Lowestoft itself is known for its sandy beaches, Victorian promenades, and proximity to both Suffolk's and Norfolk’s attractions, including the nearby Broads National Park.

Pakefield Beach is just a short walk from Wellington House and offers a beautiful, quieter beach experience. It’s less commercialized than the main Lowestoft beach, making it a great spot for relaxing, sunbathing, or taking a stroll along the coastline.
The beach has a mix of sand and shingle, backed by grassy cliffs, and it’s perfect for dog walkers, as this part of the beach is dog-friendly year-round.

The cliff area around Pakefield offers some fantastic coastal walks, with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. You can walk along the cliffs or down to the beach to enjoy the fresh air and open space.

Oulton Broad, part of the Broads National Park, is a short drive (about 10-15 minutes) from Lowestoft. Oulton Broad is a great place for boating, watersports, or simply enjoying a riverside walk. The Nicholas Everitt Park in Oulton Broad is ideal for picnics and leisurely strolls.

A little further north, about 20-25 minutes by car, Great Yarmouth offers a classic British seaside resort experience, with a long promenade, arcades, amusement parks, and traditional seaside fun.

Getting Around
The area around Wellington House is very walkable, with easy access to the beach, local pubs, and Pakefield’s small village center. For more variety, you can walk north along the promenade to the busier central Lowestoft South Beach area.

Buses run regularly between Pakefield, Lowestoft town center, and other nearby areas and Lowestoft Train Station is about 1.5 miles from Pakefield and offers services to Norwich, where you can connect to other parts of the UK, including London.
