The Space
Located in a Grade II listed building, this combined listing offers the perfect accommodation for a getaway with friends, a family gathering, or a business stay!
Both apartments are beautifully designed with contemporary furnishings, complemented by wooden flooring and elegant furniture. The space is bright and airy, featuring large windows with views of the neighbourhood and room-darkening blinds for added privacy and comfort.
Each apartment boasts open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living rooms include two sofa beds and large wall-mounted Smart TVs, providing a cosy spot to relax after a busy day.
You'll have access to two fully equipped kitchens, each fitted with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The dining areas, furnished with wooden tables and matching benches, are perfect for enjoying meals together.
The first apartment features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and an additional single bed. The master bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower, WC, and basin.
The second apartment includes three bedrooms: one with three single bunk beds that can sleep six guests, another with a double bed for two, and the master bedroom, which comes with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, WC, and washbasin.
All of the bedrooms are fitted with a desk that you can utilise for work or for vanity purposes.
Nearly all of the rooms are equipped with Smart TVs – whether you're staying in or heading out, you're sure to have a wonderful time.
Each apartment has its own family bathroom, designed with contemporary features and fitted with a WC, washbasin, and a bathtub with a rain shower overhead, plus an additional handheld shower.

From there, you can visit iconic spots like the Liverpool Waterfront, The Royal Albert Dock, and the Tate Liverpool, offering a perfect blend of art and culture. Beatles fans will be thrilled with Liverpool Central, home to The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story, where you can dive into the history of the legendary Fab Four.
Getting Around
There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Guests have full access to The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine St. We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.
One of the apartments is located on the ground floor and the another is on the first floor and is accessible only via two flights of stairs. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building. Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.
The apartments are within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

It was an amazing apartment Clean... It had everything you could wish except coat hooks in hallway...not a biggie but x 6 people with coats everywhere but apart from that 100% perfect Nothing

Newly refurbished, very clean and family friendly. Great location and short walking distance to the city centre shopping and activities. Apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor so hard to access with heavy luggage and pushchairs.

We stayed here for a girls get together, and the apartment was a great space for a large group. The kitchen/living area was perfect for hosting/relaxing. The location was very close/within walking distance to the city centre. They were also able to accommodate an early-check in for a £30 fee which was very helpful. Would recommend! There were roadworks/construction going on during our stay which made getting taxis a little difficult. Naturally these were also noisy, and started from early morning. The amenities were very limited for the size of the group and length of stay, e.g. cleaning products, toilet roll, binbags.

Turned our stay from being a disaster into a dream! Visiting the city as a group of friends we got cancelled last-minute by our original booking but luckily came across this listing big enough to host a group of 10. The place was easily found, but when we arrived we were a bit worried as it looks like the outside still need some more work done. As soon as we went through the front door though – Wow! The apartment was spectacular. We loved the large mirror with a dressing table (with sockets!) long enough for us all to drop the make-up bags on, and there’s enough seating in the living area for all of us having warm up drinks before heading into town. The bedrooms are so detailed too with the USB sockets next to bed, night light for the bunk beds and hairdryer in each room. Very well thought out!

This place exceeded all expectations. It's very convenient for airport travelers I must say. We needed to fly out to Dublin from John Lennon Airport and the bus to airport is just few minutes away from this apartment! You can’t tell from the outside of the building but once you get in, you will be wowed, because we were! Check-in was smooth as there’s no keys involved, super convenient and certainly up another level over other serviced apartments we’ve stayed. The flat itself is stunning too, we love the high ceilings and nice touches like the feature lighting and usb sockets next to the bed. We were traveling as 2 couples so it works out perfect to have a bathroom each. Overall a really pleasant stay!
