The Space
Richmond Place 102 is just 10 minutes from the city centre, with parking options in the surrounding area. Decorated to an impeccable standard, this property is the perfect base for families to explore Liverpool or business travellers looking for a stylish self-catering stay.
The fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining and living area offer plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy home-cooked meals.
The living area is designed with a three-seater sofa, complemented by two accent chairs and a wall-mounted TV. This space is perfect for relaxing with your loved ones, or setting up a workstation if you are logging on during your stay.
The two double bedrooms are conveniently located on either side of the living room. The first bedroom on the right offers a double bed, a wardrobe, and your own access to a bathroom with a WC and a shower. The second bedroom on the left is also fitted with a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ideally located stool in front of the wall mounted mirror. This bedroom benefits from a large bathroom featuring a WC and bath with an overhead shower.
Richmond Place 102 has floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of light for a bright atmosphere and the apartment is conveniently fitted with blinds, so you can enjoy privacy at any time of the day.

If you love nature, then Richmond Place 102 is the accommodation for you. It is perfectly located with many park attractions just a short drive away! Everton Park, St. John's Gardens, and St. George's Hall are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. If you fancy venturing into the city centre or Anfield Stadium, there are transport links nearby.
Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.
Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!
Getting Around
Richmond Place 102 is within walking distance or a short drive to many of Everton Park's attractions.
If you plan to explore the Liverpool City Centre, or the well-known Anfield Stadium, then there are bus stops at Mansfield Street and Great Richmond Street both within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Liverpool Lime Street station is less than 15-minutes walk away or just a 5-minute drive.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests aged under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Apartment is a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The apartment itself is modern and well presented. The surrounding area is run down however this did not affect our stay and overall I would recommend it.

El apartamento no difiere en absoluto de los que el anfitrión ofrece, está limpio, tiene todo tipo de accesorios que se pueda necesitar, y todo nuevo y bien mantenido y a 12 minutos del centro andando. Solo como sugerencia y fijándome en mis necesidades , una familia con matrimonio y dos hijos adultos, quizás lo único que cambiaría sería poner en una de las dos habitaciones dos camas individuales (aunque estuvieran juntas una a la otra) en vez de la de matrimonio.

The place looks just like the photos and it is very cozy and stylish. We had a great time with my family. The area is very calm , private and peaceful, 10minutes walk to city centre. The host is very kind , responsive and helpfulI for any questions we had. I recommend this place as i believe is the best in the area!

Lovely spacious light and very clean apartment. It was well equipped. The location is good because it is very easy to walk to the station and other Liverpool attractions. The view is better than in the pictures because the building has been taken down beside the apartment. There isn’t a great deal around the apartment by way of restaurants etc. , but there is a big Sainsbury’s a short walk from the apartment. Our only disappointment was that there doesn’t seem to be a commitment to recycling. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would definitely return to it if I was going back to Liverpool.

The apartment was the perfect base for our weekend in Liverpool. Very clean and spacious and perfect for the 4 of us. 2 big double bedrooms and each had our own en suite, which made life so much easier. Lovely apartment done to a high spec and things like teabags, coffee, sugar, milk provided which was much appreciated. In a fantastic location and good communication from the host Charlie. Would definitely recommend to others and book again ourselves. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment, exactly like the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights and it had everything we needed for our stay. The property is a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre, there was a bus stop at the top of the road if you don't feel like the walk! The apartment had plenty of space for 3 of us and had a nice cosy feel! would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
