The Space
Princes Place Hideaway II is a newly refurbished, two bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area, just off of the famous Georgian Quarter.

Spread across two floors, you'll have access to an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

As you walk in, you are welcomed into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Furnished to a high standard, the living area offers a great setting to unwind and relax with a large Smart TV provided. There is also a sofa which can be converted to a double bed sleeping two guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob/oven for your home-cooked meals, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle for your afternoon tea, a fridge/freezer and more! The dining area boasts of 8 elegant black chairs by the breakfast bar/dining table.

Head down the stairs to the basement where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom boasts two double beds comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. This bedroom opens up to a patio, offering lovely views of the nearby trees — perfect for basking in the early morning sunshine on a beautiful summer day or enjoying a refreshing breeze on cooler days. The second bedroom offers a double bed and is decorated with a desk that can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.

The modern and clean family bathroom is located on the same floor as the bedrooms and is fitted with a WC, a wash basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Neighborhood
Located in Princes Road, the property is in surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.

The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!

Liverpool One is a less than a 10-minute drive. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover the great city! If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Getting Around
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

The entrance to the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building - the apartment itself consists of two floors split over the basement and the ground floor.

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

I liked the Apartment it was in a good location, bus stop was nearby to get to the town centre quicker . the beds were very comfy and the apartment was spacious. we checked in and there was still rubbish from previous occupants.

The apartment is spacious and modern and furnished very well. Check in was smooth and easy. Kitchen is well kitted out and they provided tea, coffee, milk, ice, and toiletries. Location is ok with ubers. Not great if you don't want to get taxis. We were fine with the location. The apartment door mechanism broke and we were trapped inside. I called host and stay and spoke to someone who did not treat it as an urgent matter. I was told it is a weekend and that there's only 1 maintenance man working. I asked if someone could just come with a key to unlock it and she said no it needs to be the maintenance man. He came 2 hours after I called. Luckily we had seen a police officer outside during this and threw the key down to her and she came up to let us out. She told us that we should call the police station if it happened again because we wouldn't be able to get out if there was a fire. The apartment was very warm and I couldn't open the windows in the bedrooms as they're sealed shut. There is a shortage of plug sockets. Not much toilet roll provided for large groups.

Free road parking. Bright with comfy beds and good bedding. Poor attention to detail. Dusty, only one toilet roll for 7 people, no curtains, Not as images portrayed. All a bit dishevelled! Far too many communications from Host & Stay, before, during and after. Will avoid booking with this group again.

Brilliant stay! Welcoming and well-placed to explore Liverpool. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The location is perfect and close to local attractions. The host was responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations for dining and activities. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. We'll definitely be back!

Missing and Broken items - WiFi didn’t work, TV remote wouldn’t work, had to purchase our own towels and sheets and loo roll from tescos as they weren’t provided. If these problems didn’t occur the stay would of been a lot better I feel however we messaged and got no help, baring in mind signal was a big issue for a lot of us at this apartment. Neighbours left notes on our cars saying we shouldn’t park in there spaces however Host & Stay do say in there guide it is an Unallocated parking area. Overall we are all disappointed with the experience. As we had planned a whole weekend in Liverpool we opted to stay but spent very little time in the apartment as we couldn’t do much even if we wanted to with no signal no wifi and no tv
