Had a lovely stay at this cottage , was very clean , in a lovely village very quiet location not far from other north Norfolk places eg Brancaster, wells next the sea etc , Norfolk lavender close by too. Lovely pub Rose & crown 10 mins walk . Dog friendly too. I would definitely stay here again, couple of small suggestions, leave more than 1 toilet roll , and bin in cupboard under sink difficult to keep bag stay where it should be . Thanks for the treats a bottle of wine , crisps and chocolate. Thank you for a lovely stay at your cottage in Snettisham .

Great location in old part of Snettisham. Co-op round the corner and lovely looking cafe close by (unfortunately closed when we were there). Comfortable cottage, well equipped, clean and with a good shower. Easy parking outside. Double bedroom is small so difficult to fit a travel cot in but the twin bedroom has ample room for this. Lots of children’s toys available at the property which was great. We enjoyed trips to Hunstanton old beach and Holme next the sea beach. Snettisham woods great for a short walk/run.

No frills and great value for money. Key things are comfy bed and good shower, you succeeded on both counts.

Lovely little cottage, very clean and warm. Fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a Co-op 2 minutes away and the village is close to the north Norfolk beaches we love visiting. It was as described and communication was excellent. We would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the courtyard. Great location, very clean, with everything you need for a break away. Set in a lovely village with everything you need. Nice touch to have a bottle of wine and some snacks on arrival, thank you. Couple of niggles, the mattress on the double bed is awful, and as somone else did, i had to go in the back bedroom to sleep. The heating seemed to have a mind of it's own and didn't stick to the time stated in the welcome pack,as it came on twice in the middle of the night and made us feel like we'd woken up in the tropics. I hate to say this as we loved it,but these little things can then be put right for other guests.

The property is in an ideal location, close to several nearby villages, plenty of walking opportunities with the beaches not far away. Snettisham has a lovely coffee shop and the Rose & Crown serve excellent beer/food, the property is ideal for 4 people, with the option of a sofa bed if a couple more stay. The only issue we found was that the cordless Dyson needs a new battery, as it gave up after about 15 seconds, so we were unable to hoover up, apart from that we had no problems.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming holiday cottage! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. All the appliances were in perfect working order, and the shower was excellent—always hot and with great pressure. The cottage itself was cosy and welcoming, making it a perfect retreat after a day out exploring. The location was fantastic, with parking available and easy access to Sandringham and beautiful nearby beaches. The village was lovely, with a convenient nearby Co-op for essentials and several great coffee shops and eateries to enjoy. Overall, a fab experience!

Loved the decor and light and the warmth. The welcome wine and snacks were much appreciated too We liked the relaxed feeling and felt very comfy The heating and hot water were top marks especially for the storm weekend we had The parking in the allocated space is tight if you have a larger car as previously mentioned there’s a very helpful neighbor who will show you the outline to park in, however we managed to park outside the front of the property We felt the double room was small and we used the twin room for our luggage

Lounge was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Thoughtful welcome pack. Nice bathroom. Warm house. Very uncomfortable double bed. Renovation,/ home improvements happening next door so extremely noisy from early in the morning. Noisy from lorries outside early from the builders yard. I understand that has nothing to do with the hosts but unfortunately made the stay less enjoyable.

Perfect cosy cottage in a lovely location. The hosts left a lovely welcome basket with treats and the cottage was really well maintained and clean. n/a

Wine, crisps and chocolate on arrival was a nice touch. Generally clean and tidy throughout. Good shower. Our bedroom was too hot, even keeping the window open wide all night, because the boiler was in our wardrobe. Little courtyard is in the shade most of the time.

The open plan layout is nice for families and the house gives you a homes from homes feeling, the decor is pleasing and up to date. It is well equipped. The main bed was a little uncomfortable and the home could be cleaner. I don’t believe the throws get washed between stays and the microwave needs replacing.

It was well equipped with everything we needed and it was clean and modern. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The double bed wasn’t too comfortable. The location was right next to a builders merchant and there was constant noise and very large vehicles passing by along the very narrow road outside.

The location is lovely and the house is decorated nicely. We loved being able to bring our doggo (but be aware the large field up the street does not allow dogs!) Great base for exploring the rest of the area, and the wine and snacks were a welcome and thoughtful touch! The main bed is really squeaky and lumpy. My partner ended up needing to sleep in one of the single beds in the other room because the main bed gave him such a backache. Some of the floors, kitchen items, and nooks/crannies weren't very clean either. There was a ball of hair and dust on the bathroom floor and spiders/webs in the corners of the ceilings. We needed to wash much of the kitchen equipment before using it as there was dried food stuck to them. It would also be helpful to label the parking space, and have shampoo/conditioner for guests.

Fabulous stay. The welcome snacks/ wine was such a lovely tough, really thoughtful. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Good pressure on shower. Great to have the sunny courtyard. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were even some books and games. The location was fab, really close to walks/ cafe/ coop/ pubs. Old store and rose & crown being our favourites. It was all fab.

The property was lovely, modern, comfortable, lovely location, everything we needed. The only thing we had a problem with, was my dad continually hitting his head on the living room light .. he is not hugely tall either ! It did create some laughter, and mild concussion.

Comfort and cosy Parking space out the back could be visible , however if you park in the wrong one the neighbour soon tells you ! TV could be bigger, seems too small for the room, but then we didn’t have it on too much.

Great location. Close to Sandringham and on main routes to most places. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Very well-equipped kitchen. CoOp 2 minute walk away. Smashing coffee/cake house one further minute away. Lovely welcome gift. Nothing. A suggestion would be to have a handle in the bath to help getting in and out of the bath when using the shower. It s quite a high step down when you are getting out. A non-slip mat was provided so this is only a tweak not a complaint.

Great house in the middle of Snettisham Village with shops, pubs and restaurants in a few minutes walk and great beaches a short drive away. We love Snettisham and visit often. The house is well placed and comfortable for me, my wife and our dog. Parking is good but the parking space numbers are a little tricky to spot.

Location is good and property was clean - it’s a small property so wouldn’t recommend if you are more than 4 people as we were (2 adults 2 kids and 1 baby) as no space for travel cot to be set up

Deborah

The property was as we’d hoped, beautifully renovated and comfortable, while its open plan layout meant it felt spacious enough for our needs. It had all the amenities we required including a cafetière and a hair dryer. And it’s location around the corner from a great cafe, and a playground, plus Snettisham park farm and just a short drive from some wonderful beaches made the stay very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Courtyard. It is a beautifully decorated holiday home with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a good shower. It was very quiet at night and the location is great for exploring Snettisham and nearby beaches. My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old son, my mother and brother and we felt we were well catered for. We had two cars and there is only one allocated space to the rear of the property but we never struggled to find unallocated parking out the front.

This was a great little property which was perfect for two. Fresh and modern decor and well kitted out with crockery, pots, pans and utensils. The location in the village was quiet but central. Our tip for other holidaymakers is to walk through Ken Hill to the marshes.
