The Space
Kick back and relax in the cosy living room with two comfy sofas, a wall-mounted TV, and a log burner for those snug nights in. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a cafetiere for your morning coffee. The large extendable dining table is perfect for family meals. The property has four beautiful bedrooms: a king room, a double room, a twin room, and a study with a sofa bed (please notify us at the time of booking if the sofa bed will be needed for your stay). Upstairs, you'll find a spacious family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and there's also a handy W/C on the ground floor. Step outside to a private enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco.

King’s Lynn is a very walkable town, particularly around the historic center and Nelson Street. Many of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the property.

Having a car is useful if you want to explore the nearby countryside, royal estates, or coastal areas but if you prefer public transport, King’s Lynn Train Station is located just a short walk from the town center and offers regular services to London King’s Cross, Cambridge, and Norwich. Alternatively there are
several local bus routes, including services that connect the town to nearby villages, towns, and attractions like Sandringham and the North Norfolk Coast.
