Linhay Cottage

The Space
Two small steps from the central courtyard lead into Linhay Cottage, a cosy, dog friendly barn conversion that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Once inside the cottage, the property is conveniently laid out over one level with the bedrooms and bathroom located towards the left-hand side.

Guests enter the cottage into the inviting open plan living area, which has a delightful array of original character features, including wood beams and exposed stone walls. The lounge has two double sofas perfect for relaxing or watching the TV, which has Freeview and an attached DVD player.

For meals the round table seats up to four and is located beside the well-equipped, modern kitchen, which is fitted with an electric oven with hob, a microwave, a slow cooker and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Linhay Cottage has two bedrooms, a lovely double with a freestanding pine wardrobe and mirror, and a bunk room with full-sized bunk beds.

Both bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath, a wash basin and a WC.

To the front of the cottage is the central courtyard where guests are welcome to relax, or alternatively you can explore the grounds around the farm where there are picnic tables and a children’s play area.
