We had a lovely stay

Beautiful surroundings, unique and quirky. perfect for relaxing or a base to visit Norfolk and Suffolk. Spotlessly clean, nice fresh cotton bedlinen, fluffy white towels. Each room has its own bathroom, making it perfect for both families and friends. Lovely cafe and gift shop below. The Horses and Donkeys made our stay, such a wonderful place.

We stayed in April 2025. Place was easy to find and entry simple. Beautiful surroundings. Plenty parking if more than one car (wish we knew this as we had 2 cars) plenty space for everyone. Huge beds and bright rooms. Can’t really fault it other than getting a succinct answer about parking and tv (read a review that said it didn’t work.) No problems at all although we bought some wd40 for the squeaky doors!! All doors very heavy fire doors. And could do with a lamp in the living room.

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was clean and tidy, with a well equip kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Unfortunately the TV didn't work (we did advise the hosts but as it was half way through our stay I said that we didn't need it fixed). There were a load of DVD's but no DVD player (mentioned this to the host also). Overall it is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Got a key code text message and that was it. No further info so a tresure hunt ensured to find a.way in. Even had to ring host and stay then found a key lock box. Not easy in the dark after travel all day. Simple solution. Send a text with better info in it Shower in main bedroom did not work intermittently whi h was disappointing. Even following the instructions. Shit shiwer setup for a rental. Should just be easy turn on job. All the doors had horrible self closures on which banged so loud and hard. Horrible things!!

Fantastic break

Beautiful property, amazing location with the redwings horse sanctuary. Lovely cafe under the property. Stones throw from bar and restaurant. Centrally located. We hired a boat on the Norfolk boards, and adopted a horse. Swimming pool on site I believe £4 when staying on site. Massive bedrooms all en-suite. We loved the jacuzzi bath. Kitchen is a bit small but fully functioning. Would highly recommend and return.

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable apartment Rooms where extremely hot and no fan to help cool down, but would definitely go back would just take a fan if it was summertime

lovely quiet location and a beautiful property. 3 ensuite bedrooms was great to have with nice communal lounge and kitchen. handy for the coast.

Very nice location and big comfortable apartment. Highly recommended There could have been other playing/activities like horse riding to make the experience more centered around the place.

Beautiful setting. Very comfortable facilities. Nice to see the donkeys. Picky, but exterior windows need a clean.

The place needs updating and insufficient lighting is provided, making the apartment a bit dark in the evenings. The TV is too small, and the setee is a little worn. More towels and pillows were needed. A washing machine and dishwasher would improve the kitchen.

Lots of outside space to utilise and a feeling of privacy. Great property if you like golf or horses! One of the bedrooms was very warm. Lack of wardrobes or drawers in 2/3 of the bedrooms. Basic kitchen.

A quiet and relaxing place for a mini break. The horse sanctuary is well worth a visit. The restaurant and swimming pool are near by in the beautiful spacious surroundings.

I travelled from overseas and was really impressed with the level of communication. I had no issues finding the accommodation no issues with getting into the accommodation. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is quiet yet accessible to local places if interest this is a great place to stay.

We had a great stay, the whole place was sparkling clean and tidy, beautiful high ceilings. Such a peaceful and unique location at the sanctuary, close enough to Yarmouth and things to see and do. Decent pub in St Olaves!!

L9vely comfortable place to come back to after work. would stay again

A wonderful location and great space for people with older children (like us) or larger groups. 3 great sized bedrooms with en-suites. We had a coffee in Oliver’s downstairs after a walk around the sanctuary. Very quiet location, plenty of parking. We would have liked to have tried the Barn1 restaurant but time did not allow. Nice short trip to Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas. Very warm and cosy. I would recommend this property to others.

Comfortable and clean property in the perfect location for exploring the local area.

The property was 10-15 mins drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The horse sanctuary was a bonus but we seldom managed to be at the flat between 10 am and 4 pm. We had been warned about the Wi-Fi which was sketchy. Great stay

Me and my family have had an amazing holiday. We was all speechless with how beautiful the horse sanctuary and surrounding area was. The apartment was just amazing and we was all very sad to leave. This has definitely been the best Airbnb stay we’ve been on and would love to come back in the future!
