The Space
Perfect for a family get-together, Whinney Hill offers a quiet escape in a beautiful, peaceful location. The property boasts modern interiors and plenty of natural light, enhancing its welcoming character. It also features a spacious lawned garden adding to its fantastic amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge/freezer. The dining area, sharing the kitchen space, features a cosy dining table with matching white chairs for enjoying meals with family or friends.
The first bedroom can be found on the ground floor and has a double bed comfortably sleeping up to two guests. It features homely wall art and an ensuite shower room.
Situated on the first floor is the spacious living room which is fitted with three sofas and a coffee table. The space is light and airy, featuring French doors to the balcony along with a large, flatscreen TV, perfect for keeping up with your favourite shows.
The top floor boasts two more bedrooms, each sleeping up to two guests and joined by a ‘jack and jill’ shower room. Both rooms boast comfy double beds. There is a third bathroom on the first floor which has a bathtub.
All three bathrooms are fresh and inviting, with stylish stone-effect tiles, accented by elegant silver details on the bathroom fittings.
