The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cafetière, and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats the whole family for meals together. Fender Cottage has three comfy double bedrooms and a cosy twin room. The twin is on the ground floor, with wider doorways and a bathroom fitted with handrails, making it wheelchair-friendly. There are two modern bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both featuring lovely rainfall showers. The enclosed patio is a private spot with outdoor furniture, perfect for dining al fresco or just enjoying the fresh air. It's safe for both kids and pets, and there’s a playground just across the road for them to enjoy!

Roughton is a small, picturesque village located in North Norfolk, just 3 miles south of the popular seaside town of Cromer. Known for its peaceful countryside atmosphere and proximity to both the coast and the Norfolk Broads, Roughton makes an excellent base for visitors looking to explore the region’s natural beauty, charming towns, and historic attractions.

The village itself is surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it a great spot for walking and enjoying nature. Roughton Common offers scenic trails and woodlands, perfect for quiet strolls or picnics.
