The Space
Fantastic detached studio apartment that is the perfect place to stay for a professional person or a couple.

*LOCATION*
It is neatly tucked away along a driveway and has it's own private entrance and free parking directly opposite the main house.

Located on the outskirts of Brighton, it's really close to the stunning South Downs so it's perfect if you like walking or cycling and taking in the fresh sea and country air. You are also opposite East Brighton Park.

There is a Co-Op and a pharmacy at the bottom of the road and 2 bus stops nearby if you want to jump on a bus into the centre of Brighton. You can walk down to the beach and Brighton Marina for restaurants and a big supermarket.

*LIVING AREA*
Lovely cosy double bed, a comfortable seating area, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave. There's also a fold away table and 2 chairs so you can eat or work at a laptop and a tall wardrobe for storage of your personal items.

The studio apartment features a Smart TV on the wall that can be moved on the wall bracket so it can be watched from the seating area or the bed! There is also free WiFi and heating.

Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for guests. There's plenty of tea and coffee so please help yourself.

It's a lovely bright, light space that's fresh, clean and welcoming.

Neighborhood
The studio apartment is located on the outskirts of Brighton, it's really close to the stunning South Downs so it's perfect if you like walking or cycling and taking in the fresh sea and country air.

Brighton Marina and Kemptown and town a short walk away and Brighton Racecourse is at top of the road.

You are 2 doors away from the bus stop where you can jump on a number 21, or a few minutes from the number 1 bus stop which will take you quickly and easily into the centre of Brighton.

At the bottom of the road is a Co-Op and a pharmacy, and Asda at Brighton Marina is just over one mile away.

Getting Around
Parking at the apartment is very easy and you can easily head west into Brighton, or east along to Rottingdean.

There are 2 bus stops close by and you can easily get in and out of Brighton on the bus.

Brighton Marina and the beach are within walking distance, just over one mile away.
