The Space
On the second floor of this pretty Victorian building, you'll find this cute and cosy one bedroom apartment that's newly decorated and furnished throughout. It really is a home-from-home.

The bedroom is located at the back of the flat. It's a light room with a large sash window. The double bed is made up with fresh linen and there's plenty of storage space. This is a cosy room designed with guest comfort in mind.

The modern white bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with an overhead shower. Guest toiletries and plenty of towels are also provided.

The lounge is a lovely relaxing space with a bay window which allows in plenty of natural light. There's a sofa-bed that can be used for an extra guest. Plenty of fresh linen is provided.

There's a dining table which can stay neatly tucked away or be opened up to seat 4 guests; it's perfect for a brunch or dinner with friends or family. There is also a desk / office area in the lounge if you choose to do some work during your stay. There is free Wifi throughout the apartment and a Smart TV. An iron and ironing board and hairdryer are also provided.

The light, bright kitchen with SMEG toaster and kettle is modern and fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware. There's also a microwave and washer / dryer that guests are welcome to use. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil - please help yourselves.

Centrally located near Brighton train station, the flat is quiet yet everything you need is within walking distance including a supermarket, cafes and even the beach! The nearest parking is at Brighton train station.

A travel cot and / or high chair can be hired - please request in advance. Please note the property is on the 2nd floor with 30 steps to access.

Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the heart of Brighton, minutes from Brighton Station. Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal. Brighton Pier and the seafront are half a mile/ten minutes walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown, Hove or Seven Dials.

Getting Around
TRAIN - Brighton train station is less than half a mile/five minutes walk away with frequent trains to London Victoria, St Pancras and beyond.

BUSES - There are plenty of buses that quickly access the whole of the city but most of the city's hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot.

TAXIS - Taxis and Uber are easily available in the city.

PARKING - Parking can be notoriously difficult around Brighton, especially in such a central location. Brighton train station has a car park - please check prices before parking. The North Road NCP Car Park is about 10 minutes walk away. Where possible we always recommend coming by train as Brighton is so easy to travel around on foot or by bus.

BIKES - Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is right by the Station exit. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean.
