Set over 4 floors, there is plenty of room for guests to space themselves out!

Enter on the ground floor into the living / dining room with comfy sofa, leather occasional chair and dining table that seats up to 8. This directly links to the fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, which also has a breakfast table that's perfect for 2. Head downstairs to the 'snug', or second living space. Here you'll find a small double sofa bed that's perfect for 1 guest, plus another small sofa so you can lounge around and watch TV, if you wish, or use this room as an extra guest bedroom; spare duvets, pillow and bed linen are provided.

Up on the first floor you'll find the contemporary bathroom with bath, sink, WC and separate shower cubicle. Next to this is an additional WC. Plenty of guest toiletries are provided.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobe for all of your belongings. Head up the stairs to 2 further bedrooms - one has a king size bed and the other has a small double. Plenty of fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
