This apartment is the perfect base for exploring everything that the city has to offer. It has a private, sunny garden, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table and a modern bathroom. Located on a central yet quiet street, you can discover a wealth of charming cafes, stylish shops and convenient transport at one end & the beach at the other!
The Space

BEDROOM
Lovely and light, the bedroom has a double bed with fresh hotel linen and storage space for your personal items. We also provide fresh white bed linen, big bath towels, hand towels, guest toiletries, an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped, contemporary kitchen has plenty of cookware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or dinner. You'll find plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics so please help yourself. Other amenities include a microwave plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.
LIVING & DINING
A comfortable space with plenty of natural light from the doors that lead directly out onto the private garden. The sofa opens up to be a sofa bed and can be used for two extra guests. There's great Wifi so if you can relax here and check-in online or do some work, if you wish. There is also a dining table that seats 4 for enjoying meals or a brunch together.
BATHROOM
The contemporary white tiled bathroom has a toilet, modern basin and shower over bath. Plenty of guest towels and toiletries are provided.
LOCATION
Conveniently located just moments from the beach at one end of the street with close to the independent supermarket Taj, a Waitrose supermarket, a pharmacy and a range of independent shops at the other. You can take a leisurely stroll along Western Road or the seafront to discover more bars, restaurants, and shopping destinations. Or jump on one of the many buses heading in or out of town.
For easy transportation, the nearest bus stop and bike station are just a short walk away. And if you're travelling with a furry friend, the flat is happy to welcome one small dog with advance notice.
PARKING
Regency Square Car Park is just a 3 minute drive from the apartment.

Neighborhood
Conveniently located for everyone looking to explore everything Brighton and Hove have to offer, and a stone's throw from the popular Hove Lawns and the seafront.
The house is in close proximity to a handful of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and cafes on both Western Road and the seafront promenade. Check out Market Restaurant for imaginative counter top Anglo-Spanish inspired dining or take a walk along the beach front to visit Murmur, a casual dining experience hosted by Great British Menu winner Michael Bremner.
The iconic British Airways i360 is within an easy walk and well worth a visit on a clear day for stunning views of the city and along the coast.
A big Waitrose supermarket is a 10 minutes walk on the corner of Western Road and Montpelier Road, close by you will find smaller grocery stores and pharmacies. The independent grocer, Taj, is definitely worth a visit.
If shopping is your thing then a 20 minute walk takes you to Churchill Square mall with all the high streets brands where you will be spoilt for choice. And the vibrant North Laine has plenty of independent and quirky shops and spots to observe Brighton life.
Getting Around
WALKING - From the house you can walk to everything you'll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine etc.
PARKING - There are pay and display sections nearby the flat. We'd recommend parking at the Regency Square underground Car Park you can pre-book if you wish. You can also use Parkopedia app to find parking.
TRAIN - The flat is just half a mile from Brighton mainline station, with regular trains to Gatwick airport, Kings Cross and Victoria stations.
BUSES - There are plenty of frequent buses which travel all over the city and beyond - please ask if you'd like help with planning a route.
BIKE - Brighton's bike hire scheme allows you to hire a bike from one of the many hubs all around the city and pay by the hour. There's a great cycle path along the seafront which goes all the way from Saltdean, past the cliffs of Rottingdean, Brighton Beach, along to the iconic beach huts of Hove Lawns.
TAXIS - There are plenty of taxis all around the city and Uber also operates in Brighton.
Guests have the entire property to themselves during their stay.
