LIVING/DINING ROOM:
The open plan living / dining area is a sociable space where you can sit together and have drinks, dinner or simply settle down, chat and unwind with a movie on the Smart TV. It has a modern, contemporary feel with great wall art, a feature light, sofas, chairs, rugs etc - it really has a homely vibe.

The living space has a big L-shaped sofa, custom window bench seating and a dining table where all 10 guests can sit together and enjoy a brunch or drinks. The sofa can be converted to a sofa bed, fit for 2 guests. The large Smart TV has access to Sky, Netflix and Disney+ and there's fantastic Wi-Fi too.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a modern design, this new kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher and a Nespresso for the coffee lovers. Plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware and crockery are provided along with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics so please help yourself. There's a huge amount of space to cook up a big dinner for friends and family, or prepare drinks before heading out for the evening.

BEDROOMS:
With 4 fantastic and spacious bedrooms, all guests will be able to sleep comfortably in the bedroom that suits them best! The spacious rooms are bright, light and designed to give a fantastic guest experience. Three of the bedrooms haves ensuite shower room too, which is a real luxury. There also is a fourth family bathroom.

Each of the bedrooms are a really great size and the house overall is perfect for up to 10 guests with fresh bed linen, plenty of towels and toiletries provided for all guests. Each bedroom has some storage for your personal belongings, plus mirrors and dressing tables means that everyone can get ready for that special night out in their own space!

BATHROOMS:
There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and one family bathroom, each of which fresh, clean and contemporary with white tiles. They are fully equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.

SUPERB, CENTRAL LOCATION
The house is perfect for families, friends or professionals for a short or longer stay. Located centrally and moments from the beach, you can walk to everything the city has to offer including restaurants, bars and pubs, Brighton nightlife as well as great cafes, bakeries, independent shops and cultural highlights like the theatres, Brighton Pavillion, Museum and art gallery.

Neighborhood
Everything you will want or need during your stay is within walking distance and you are surrounded by some beautiful architecture as well as the sea front for wonderful beach strolls. It's close to the sea with the iconic Brighton i360 viewing platform and West Pier.

Preston Street is THE food street in Brighton. Here you will find almost every type of international food as well as a few interesting bars. Some favourites are Bincho, Etci, China Garden and just round the corner - the famous Regency Restaurant. For bars try Oast, Gungho and Bar Medusa. If you are looking for a great traditional pub, try the Lion and Lobster around the corner!

You can easily access supermarkets and a pharmacy. Central Brighton - for shopping and entertainment is a few minute’s walk. Brighton Pier and the West Pier are easily accessible as are the Lanes and the North Laine for shopping and great independent shops and cafes.

Getting Around
WALKING
Everything you need is within walking distance...... the beach, the Pier, the i360, great fish and chips. It's all on the doorstep.

PARKING
Parking in Brighton is very difficult but there is a car park close by - Regency Car Park, we advise you to check prices first as it can be expensive. Alternatively Regency Secure Parking is nearby, priced at £17 for 24 hrs during the week, and £19 for 24 hrs during the weekend.

BUS
If you prefer, buses pass close by providing access to all parts of the city.

TAXI
Taxis and easily available across the city and Uber operates in Brighton.

TRAIN
Brighton mainline train station is a 20 minute walk away with frequent trains to London Victoria, St Pancras and beyond.

CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest collection point to Regency Square is just a short walk to the Hilton Metropole on the seafront. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
