The house is in a fantastic location where there is beautiful Regency architecture, sea views from the road and only a short walk to many of Brighton's best cafes and shops as well as supermarkets such as Sainsburys and a full size Waitrose.
It's just a 8 minute walk away from the seafront, 7 minutes to the fabulous Seven Dials area which has an array of local shops and eateries, a 10 minute walk (half a mile) from Brighton train station, and a 14 minute walk to the Royal Pavilion and Gardens (a must see). It is also less than a mile from the British Airways i360, the perfect activity for a sunny afternoon. The Lanes and the North Laine area are also within easy reach - Brighton is a compact city so all of the main attractions are nearby.
