Fully furnished and fully equipped, it has everything you'll need for your stay including fresh linen, towels and guest toiletries. There's a double bedroom, lounge, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and washing machine and a desk space for working. The Space
Perfect for seaside strolls, the flat is located on a beautiful Square with a central garden and underground car park. It's in a stunning setting that's by the sea and moments from the British Airways i360 and West Pier.

The apartment is on the second floor of a bow-fronted Regency terraced house with traditional iron railings, built in the early 1820s.

The apartment is modern, bright and cosy and has everything you will need for a few days or a few weeks in Brighton! The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has a sash window so it's nice and light, plus a small double bed and a wardrobe for storage of your personal items. Fresh linen is provided for your stay.

The bathroom suite is white and modern with a shower into the bath. Guest toiletries and plenty of towels for all guests are provided.

The living room at the front is bright and light with a sash window and views out to the i360 - you can just about see the sea too! There is a sofa bed that's perfect for one guest, a TV and a desk area if you need to work or study during your stay.

The living room is open plan onto the fully equipped kitchen that has plenty of cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery. Cooking basics and plenty of tea and coffee are provided. There is a microwave and washing machine for guests to use.

In an excellent location, the apartment is just moments from the sea and close to restaurants, cafes and bars. Stroll into central Brighton for shopping or to Hove for independent shops. Everything you will need or want is within walking distance.

Neighborhood
The apartment is off the historic and beautiful Regency Square with central gardens and underground car park. It's close to the sea and the iconic British Airways i360 viewing platform.

Many pubs, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance plus you can easily access supermarkets and a pharmacy. Central Brighton - for shopping and entertainment is a few minutes walk. Brighton Pier and the West Pier are easily accessible as are the Lanes and the North Laine for shopping and great independent shops and cafes.

Everything you will want or need during your stay is within walking distance and you are surrounded by some beautiful architecture as well as the sea front for wonderful beach strolls.

The Regency Restaurant, for the very best fish and chips in Brighton, is just on the corner!

Getting Around
WALKING
Everything you need is within walking distance...... the beach, the Pier, the i360, great fish and chips. It's all on the doorstep.

BUS
If you prefer, buses pass close by providing access to all parts of the city.

TAXI
Taxis and easily available across the city and Uber operates in Brighton.

TRAIN
Brighton mainline train station is a 20 minute walk.

PARKING
There is a car park close by - Regency Car Park, we advise you to check prices first as it can be expensive. Alternatively Regency Secure Parking is nearby, priced at £13 for 24 hrs during the week, and £14 for 24 hrs during the weekend.
