With a modern and sleek design, the fully equipped kitchen area is perfect for cooking for family and couples. There’s an oven and hob, fridge with freezer box and lots of space for preparation. The property also comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine. Plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware and crockery are provided along with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics so please help yourself.

LIVING & DINING ROOM
The living room has a cosy L-shape sofa (which opens out to a sofa bed , Smart TV and a dining table for 4. Large bay windows flood in plenty of natural light, creating a cosy and comfortable space that's perfect for winding down with a book or catching up for a chat on the sofa.

BEDROOM
The bedroom oozes charm and character and is finished to a high standard in vibrant tones. With a double bed, reading chair and storage for all your clothes and belongings this area is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Brighton. Fresh white linen, towels and toiletries are provided for all guests. There's also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

BATHROOM
This is a stunning, large and contemporary tiled bathroom with walk-in shower.

PRIVATE GARDEN
The well-lit, private garden area is home to an outside table with seating for up to 4 so it's perfect for alfresco drinks and dining. Here you will also find the true gem of the property... a hot tub! Spend the day de-stressing and relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the outdoor space before an evening stroll along the seafront.

From this apartment you can walk to everything the city has to offer. Stroll along the sea front, pick up some food in Waitrose or Taj - the best independent supermarket in Brighton, book a romantic meal at The Gingerman, grab a drink at the wonderful Lion & Lobster or a coffee at Small Batch or fish and chips at Bankers. You really are spoilt for choice!

*Please note that maintenance on the hot tub is required every 3 days. Please be aware that the owners will be attending to check the pH and chlorine levels when booking for 3+ days

Neighborhood
This lovely house is the perfect base for groups of friends / family to explore Brighton & Hove, with many attractions nearby; super close to the seafront, the i360 is a short stroll away, or head West towards the iconic beach huts along Hove Lawns. There are plenty of cafes, bars and shops on the doorstep along Western Road. Brighton Pier, The Lanes, The North Laine and The Royal Pavilion are all easily accessible on foot.

Getting Around
The house is located in such a great spot within walking distance of all the amazing attractions. Strolling around the city is really the best way to experience it and see everything.

On a sunny day, pick up one of the bikes from around town and pay as you go - there is a great cycle path along the coast which takes you all the way to Saltdean to the East, or West past the iconic beach huts and Hove Lawns where there is often something going on.

Bus stops on the nearby Western Road take you to most parts of the city. The service is very regular and easy to use.
