Cosy, central and spacious - this is the ideal city stay whether it's for a few nights or a few weeks! This apartment is fresh and bright throughout, it's really pleasant and homely. Fully equipped, fully furnished, it has everything you will need during your stay. The huge bedroom has full height mirror wardrobes and a king size bed. The bathroom has a freestanding, roll top bath with shower overhead. Sit in the courtyard with a coffee, walk to the nearest cafe or stroll to the beach.
The Space
Just 5 minutes walk from Brighton train station, this lower ground floor apartment is in a really great central, yet quiet, location; you can stroll to everything the city has to offer!
It is set up to ensure guests have a great stay and offers tea, coffee, sugar, cooking basics, fresh bed linen, plenty of towels and guest toiletries. There's also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The bedroom is huge! It has a king size bed and loads of storage so all your belongings can be neatly put away, if you wish.
Next to this is the bathroom with freestanding roll top bath and over head shower. Feel free to relax in the bath with a glass of wine.
The lounge is cosy and comfortable with natural light shining in through the glass doors that lead out on to the small private terrace where you can sit and have a coffee. There's a sofa bed, which is perfect for 1 or 2 guests, and a large Smart TV if you want to cosy up and watch a movie.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook up brunch or dinner including plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
In a great location, you can walk up to Seven Dials for great coffee and a wonderful independent supermarket. You can head into the North Laine and stroll the streets of vibrant shops and restaurants, or head to the beach for the Pier, cafes, i360 Tower or zip line. There's plenty to do and enjoy within walking distance.
Neighborhood
The flat is located in the Seven Dials area of Brighton, just minutes from Brighton Train Station.
On the doorstep you'll find Small Batch for coffee, Flour Pot Bakery or the Hellenic Bakery for bread and great cakes, plus a Co-op for food shopping. Seven Dials is a vibrant area of Brighton that's close to everything.
Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes in the quirky North Laine area of Brighton, you can also head to Churchill Square for shopping as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.
Brighton Pier and the seafront are one mile/ten minutes walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown, Hove or Seven Dials.
Getting Around
TRAIN - Brighton train station is a 5 minute walk away with frequent trains to London Victoria, St Pancras and beyond.
BUSES - There are plenty of buses that will take you easily and quickly around the entire city, it's a great service. Buy a day ticket or pay by Contactless on the bus.
TAXIS - Taxis and Uber are easy to use throughout the city but most of the city's hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot.
PARKING - There is easy pay and display parking which costs around £8 per day on Julian Road which is a few streets away.
BIKES - Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is right by the Station exit. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean.
