Charming Town House With Garden Near The Seafront

The Space
This individual home by the sea is really special! It has lots of colourful furnishings and decor throughout to compliment the period features, it's been set up to be a fun and unique space that's also sociable and has everything you will need for a great stay in Brighton.

Enter on the ground floor into the lounge with large L-shaped sofa that's also a sofa bed and perfect for 1 or 2 guests. This leads through to a dining area that seats 6-8 guests. You can also access the private, sunny garden from here.

Head downstairs to the fully equipped kitchen / diner with plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. You can access the garden from here too.

Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit both families and groups, and a beautiful bathroom with freestanding roll top bath and walk in shower, as follows:

A king size bedroom
A twin room with 2 single beds

1ST FLOOR
A king size bedroom plus the spacious family bathroom with luxurious period-style roll top bath and a walk-in shower

GROUND FLOOR
Ground floor - a sofa bed

All beds are made up with fresh white linen and we will provide plenty of towels. Guest toiletries and plenty of tea and coffee are provided.

The secluded rear brick-paved patio garden is a real gem and a sun trap as it faces west.

Neighborhood
Everything you need is literally on your door step; the seafront, beach, pier and promenade are 2 minutes walk. St James Street at the end of the road has supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and Purezza, the best vegan pizza restaurant in town!

On Edward Street (the other end of the road) there is the newly opened craft beer pub 'Bier Haus'.

The famous Royal Pavilion and North Laine area of Brighton with delightful independent shops are very close and all the large chain shops can be found in the Churchill Square shopping centre.

The new and iconic British Airways i360 observation tower is about half a mile west along the seafront, well worth a visit on a clear day!

Getting Around
BUS - bus services to all parts of the city can be found in the Old Steine (5 minutes walk).

TRAIN - the mainline railway station with fast trains to London (approx 50mins) can be walked comfortably in 20 minutes.

WALKING - getting around the city from my place is best by foot and there is also a bike hire facility by the Brighton Palace Pier.

PARKING - We do not recommend driving or parking around Brighton as it is both difficult and expensive! However if you are bringing a car please ask and we'll be happy to make some recommendations.

BIKE- Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton and Hove, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest collection point is just at the end of the road on Edward Street. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
