Positioned on the first floor of a beautiful Regency building in one of Hove's most prestigious addresses, this one bedroom apartment retains a wealth of period features combined with beautiful contemporary design. It's is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

The apartment has an entrance hallway that leads to the main living area. There is an immediate grandeur to this room as the floor to ceiling windows illuminate and bring dappled light into the bright and light room which accentuates the high ceilings and stunning period features!

KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING
The kitchen, living and dining areas are all neatly zoned out to make best use of the space. You’ll find the fully fitted equipped kitchen which has everything you’ll need during your stay - there’s an oven and hob, fridge with freezer box, lots of space for preparation plus plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil - so please help yourself.

In the evenings relax and unwind with a glass of wine in the cosy living area with original fireplace, where the sofa also converts into a double sofa-bed too. Or maybe wrap up in a blanket and enjoy the distant sea views from the private balcony. You can also take a stroll along the sea front and around the local Brunswick area of Hove, famous for its Regency architecture and gardens, why not pop into a local independent cafe, bar or restaurant -there are so many on the doorstep!

The large dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, making it ideal to enjoy meals together or can easily be used as a work space.

BEDROOM
The double bedroom oozes charm and character and is finished to a high standard in neutral tones with another huge window and an original marble fireplace. Plenty of fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

BATHROOM
Located just off the hall is the family bathroom which is fully tiled and features a contemporary white suite with shower over bath. Guest toiletries are provided.

LOCATION
Close to the beach, the beautiful Brunswick Square, independent shops and cafes, a couple of supermarkets, a pharmacy and some of the best restaurants in town. You can easily walk into the centre of Brighton or jump on one of the many buses.

Neighborhood
Conveniently located for everyone looking to explore everything Brighton and Hove has to offer, and a stones throw from the seafront, the popular Hove Lawns, the i360 Tower and, of course, the beautiful Brunswick Square.

The apartment is in close proximity to a handful of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes on both Western Road and the seafront promenade. Check out Market Restaurant for imaginative counter top Anglo-Spanish inspired dining or take a walk along the beach front to visit Murmur, a casual dining experience hosted by Great British Menu winner Michael Bremner. The Ginger Pig, Ginger Dog and Ginger Man are a small group of fantastic restaurants across the city that are worth checking out.

A big Waitrose supermarket is a 10 minutes' walk on the corner of Western Road and Montpelier Road, where you will also find one of the best independent supermarkets in Brighton called Taj - which is well worth a visit. A number of other shops and cafes and a pharmacy are all within walking distance.

If shopping is your thing then a 20 minute walk takes you to Churchill Square mall with all the high streets brands where you will be spoilt for choice. Just past here is the vibrant North Laine where you'll find narrow streets full of quirky independent shops. This is a great spot for people watching.

The flat is located about a 20 minute walk from both Brighton and Hove train stations, or grab a taxi which will take a few minutes!

Getting Around
PARKING - Parking can be difficult and expensive all over central Brighton so we'd recommend getting the train wherever possible. If you do need to park, there are pay & display bays in the area (please check local signs), and several car parks, the best value option nearby being at Brighton train station or the Norton Road car park in Hove which is around £10 per day.

WALKING - From the flat you can walk to everything you'll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, cafes, pubs, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine etc.

BUSES - There are numerous buses if you prefer to jump on a bus. They are regular and easy to use and go from Western Road, a couple of minutes walk north from the flat.

TAXI - Taxi companies & UBER operate locally so getting around is never an issue.

BIKES - All over Hove you can hire a social bike and enjoy the cycle path that runs from Hove all the way to Saltdean, it's beautiful cycling along the coast. You can also park these bikes up securely across the whole city.
